Close your eyes, it is summer, imagine a village in Provence dominated by its “castle”, with stone-built houses all around it and cobbled streets crisscrossing it.
Widen your vision, discover the vineyards that are surrounded by coniferous forests and then, on the horizon, the Mount Bessillon that rises to 842m.
Listen to the sound of the cicadas, the faint sound of water flowing in the Argens River, the quick steps of a family of rabbits through the vineyards.
Smell the good scent of warm ground, take a handful of it in your hands, see how full of life it is, how beautiful its colour is…

Organic farming

1000 m2 of solar panels were installed in order to fit with our environmentally-friendly approach and to meet the energy needs of the cooperative winery.

THE INHABITANTS OF CORRENS UNDERSTOOD
THAT LOVING THEIR LAND
WAS A WAY OF THINKING AND BEING
IN HARMONY WITH NATURE AND THEMSELVES.

Correns became France’s first 100 % Organic village.

Tillage without pesticide, insecticide, or weedkiller, limited yields, respect of the specifications regarding organic wines… a terroir protected by the Bessillon mountain and the banks of the Argens river, a high altitude and winemakers respectful of their land, of the consumer and of the taste: all of this enabled Correns to build up a well-deserved reputation.
